I gained so much weight while my husband was home the past two weeks. We ate everything and anything. There was one day I think we had 5 meals! Well when he left I went on a healthy kick! The first thing on the menu was this tomato mozzarella stack. I used this recipe and instantly fell in love. It was everything you could want! The basil pureed into the oil and vinegar drizzle was perfection. Ahh I can taste it now.....
